I’ve been long listed in the Poised Pen short story competition. Results will be announced next weekend, so I don’t need to keep my fingers crossed much longer.
If you’re interested in having a go at writing competitions yourself, then take a look here where I regularly provide links for these. Many of those I feature are free to enter, so you only risk your time, effort and nerves!

Congratulations!
Thanks, Jack.
Love the nail colour and I’m sure you’ll be among the top three and wouldn’t be surprised if you win. Either way you get to be published in the anthology I think don’t you? Well done for entering your competition yourself:)) I chose a few but often the time flies and I’ve missed the deadline.
Thanks, Suzy.
I’m the same – plan to enter then don’t get anything written in time.
